When implementing Timetta, we don't limit ourselves to system configuration but dive deep into the client's business processes to find solutions to their challenges.   1. Working Group Training

    Before starting the Timetta implementation, we conduct detailed training for the working group. The working group typically includes 2-3 client representatives. These are the people most interested in the system, act as the main stakeholders, and actively participate in the implementation. Pre-implementation training is essential so that working group members understand Timetta's capabilities, can formulate system requirements, and participate in configuration.

  2. Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering

    Together with the working group members, we document business processes. We identify integration points with other systems and record requirements for Timetta configuration.

  3. Preparation of Methodological Recommendations

    Based on experience from implementing and using Timetta in companies of similar profiles, we prepare recommendations for optimizing and adapting business processes. We define KPIs for key participants and methods for their calculation. We provide recommendations for forming management financial reporting for projects, clients, programs, and the company as a whole.

  4. System Configuration

    We populate the main system directories, create users, and set up access rights. We configure approval processes.

  5. Historical Data Import

    We help migrate data into Timetta from other systems. For example, if accounting was previously done in Excel or Google Sheets, we will prepare the data and transfer it to Timetta.

  6. Preparation of Instructions and Regulations

    We will prepare quick start guides for Timetta and a detailed regulation document describing all functional roles, business processes, KPIs, and work rules.

  7. Training

    We conduct in-person training or remote webinar-style training for users, project managers, department heads, and administrators.

  8. Pilot Operation

    Pilot operation of the system with active participation from our consultants. Adjustment of system settings and documentation as needed.

  9. Configuration of Reports and Dashboards

    We will configure reports and dashboards according to the needs of different user groups.

  10. Integration Consultations

    We help prepare technical specifications for integrating Timetta with other corporate systems and consult developers on working with the API.
