Life Cycle Management and WorKflow

Timetta Projects provides tools for managing business processes related to the different stages of a project's lifecycle. The application allows you to configure how a project will be approved before its launch and determine who will participate in the approval process. Business process configuration is done without any need for programming, using a constructor that enables you to flexibly define the rules for transitioning between different project stages throughout the entire lifecycle.

The life cycle of a project in Timetta starts with the pricing and ends with the project handoff.

The project structure includes the team, tasks and resource plan. Financial metrics are also included: revenue, costs and billing. For convenience, a P&L report is included in the project card.

Project verions allows to create different pricing options, capture baseline plans, and store forecast history.

Gantt Chart

The Gantt Chart is designed to visualize the sequence of work and allows you to easily manage the project timeline, as well as the relationships between tasks.

With an interactive Gantt Chart, you can manage deadlines and control project work.

Each task is linked to a resource plan — if you change the labor costs, the project timeline will automatically change as well.

Resource Plans

The project resource plan is used to estimate labor and cost. Timetta supports planning in hours, percentages or FTEs, and at various scales.

Planning takes place in named resources or roles. When a project is approved, Timetta helps you select specific people to perform the work.

Predictive mode is used to update plans — the system shows actual data from past periods and calculates projections for the future.

Programs

Project programs allow multiple projects to be grouped together based on some attribute.

A program reflects the overall performance of the projects included in it. For example, it shows overall profitability, revenue, costs and other information useful to managers.

Programs can also be assigned to co-managers, who are given access rights similar to those of managers.

Customers

Timetta supports a number of client management features. For example, Timetta shows the planned and actual revenue for all related projects in the client card.

This way, managers can quickly access the information they need, effectively participate in timesheet approvals, and see the status of work for individual clients.

The client card also contains important billing information if the project is set to Time & Cost.

Reports

Dashboards and reports allow you to monitor the status of a project or project portfolio.

The project team always has a complete financial report, performance review, and armor conflict display at their fingertips.

Data sources that provide aggregated metrics and time-series data are available for working with summary reports. The reports provide analytics by program, client, project manager, and any additional fields.
