The workflow builder allows you to specify who is responsible for coordination and the rules for transferring a timesheet from one participant to another. By collecting data on working time using timesheets, you can get a detailed picture of project work: how much time is spent on commercial projects, what is rate of staff utilisation, how much time is lost to downtime, etc.

Absences

Fixing holidays, sick leave and other absences is an integral part of timekeeping.

An employee completes a request in Timetta, specifying the type and period of absence. The system manages the approval of the request and also writes off the hours not worked.

Timetta manages absence limits, policies for accruing and writing off available hours. For managers the data is available in calendar form.

Utilisation rate

Utilisation rate shows how much time an employee spends on useful tasks. This indicator is calculated as the ratio of useful time to all working hours of an employee.

The level of utilisation differs for each group of personnel. For example, the average manager spends only 40% of his or her time directly involved in a project, while the rest of the time managing the team.

Monitoring utilisation rates helps to manage human resources policies, motivate staff and correctly calculate the cost of services.

The built-in time tracker counts down the time after starting and automatically fills the timesheet after stopping.

The time tracker can be arbitrarily stopped and restarted. The app will automatically summarise the time spent on the selected task. You can leave a comment on any time deductions.
