Organize project document management in a unified system, where each file is linked to the project context and accessible to the team for collaborative work.
Timetta allows you to attach files to tasks, risks, checkpoints, change requests, acts, and other objects within the system. This creates a unified project document base. Files are accessible in a unified document feed or via global system search.
Timetta allows you to standardize project documentation at the level of registers, numbering rules, and templates. Each project contains a specific list of documents created according to an approved form. Documents can be managed at the lifecycle and approval workflow level.
The built-in Wiki stores all significant information gathered by the project team. Timetta features a convenient editor with Markdown markup. The Wiki supports page hierarchies and collaborative editing, including comments, page locking, access modes, and change logging.
The open API allows you to implement integration scenarios with Microsoft SharePoint, Nextcloud, Alfresco, and other document management systems or file storage solutions. Timetta links documents to projects and processes without changing access rules or file placement within the corporate environment.
Timetta has integration with Nextcloud. For each project, you can create a separate Team Folder, which becomes a unified file space for the team. The scheme is easy to implement in an on-premises environment.
The system can be supplemented with office editors like ONLYOFFICE, Apache OpenOffice, and other cloud solutions. Built-in handlers allow you to pass any data about document work during editing to Timetta.
