During the course, participants will learn the principles of financial accounting in Timetta and how to use the system to record business transactions, prepare financial reports, and monitor the financial health of projects. You will learn how to account for revenue, labor costs, direct expenses, outstaffing costs, settlements with suppliers and subcontractors, and how to work with financial entries, accounting periods, and documents. Special attention is given to project financial analysis, P&L reporting, working capital calculation, outstanding project costs, capital cost accruals, and billing for Time & Materials (T&M) projects.
The course combines theoretical materials, an online webinar, practical assignments, and a final test, helping participants apply their knowledge to scenarios close to real project work.
