During the course, participants will learn how to use Timetta for financial project management and how to plan and control project economics throughout the project lifecycle. You will learn how to build project budgets, calculate labor costs, plan direct costs and expenses for subcontractors and suppliers, and forecast project revenue and profit. Special attention is given to invoicing, acceptance documents, payment tracking, cash flow analysis, P&L reporting, financial risk management, Time & Materials (T&M) projects, and variance analysis between planned and actual financial results.
The course combines theoretical materials, an online webinar, practical assignments, and a final test, helping participants apply their knowledge to scenarios close to real project work.
