Project Management. Basic Tools

This course focuses on the core project management tools in Timetta — from creating a project and building a team to planning work, estimating effort, and establishing a project baseline.

During the course, participants will learn the key tools available to project managers and how to use Timetta to plan and launch projects. You will learn how to create projects, build project teams, develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), work with Gantt charts, manage task dependencies, and analyze the critical path. Special attention is given to schedule planning, effort estimation, resource demand planning, project versions, establishing a master plan, and organizing project execution with task boards.

The course combines theoretical materials, an online webinar, practical assignments, and a final test, helping participants apply their knowledge to scenarios close to real project work.

After successfully completing the final test, participants receive a personalized certificate confirming their knowledge of core project management processes and Timetta project planning tools.
